New House Mothers Day cakes to reserve!

We are really excited to have FINALLY got round to producing some Fancy Nancy House style cakes...we have a fab selection for mothers day. Pop into the shop to take away Rich Fruit cakes in funky spring designs, perfect for Mothers day or any birthday! We also have a new Belgian chocolate truffle torte 'Tattoo Chic' Mothers day cake for those groovy mums out there! Delicious, made with tons of the finest 70% chocolate and other organic ingredients, all decorated with White chocolate. Delish! More designs to come for other celebrations.

Easter Cookie Decorating Fun!

We are holding 2 sessions of Easter Egg cookie decorating....come to our boutique and have fun decorating a box of cookies for you or for a gift for someone special, Fancy Nancy style! The class includes instruction, decorating a box of yummy Fancy Nancy Jolly Egg cookies and gift wrapping. Friday 19th March at 4-5pm or 5.30-6.30pm. Classes limited to 6 places. £14.50 per person

We had a busy and rather exciting day today....we delivered a special Pretty in Pink special Fancy Nancy Cookie Explosion Cake for the gorgeous Holly Willoughby. It was presented to her on This Morning by Jedward........cytin! Check out the news on This Mornings site, and here's the cake!......

Perry Twins 40th!

We had the pleasure in making a really fun cake for Jason and Adam Perrys 40th B'day bash (and were also lucky enough to go along to the party which was fab!) We created an effective and interesting cake using tons of pics relating to their lives including family, friends, fave things and random stuff that sum them up. We think it is a cakey version of 'This Is Your Life'!! It went down a storm, and after we were all treated to some live music from Jason and Adam with some 'A' hits and other songs perfomed with Tom, Dougie and Dannyfrom McFly (my fave was the Michael Jackson one!) every one chowed down on the vanilla cake. Happy Birthday Eamonn!!

We wished Eamonn Holmes a very happy 50th birthday with a cake for him presented on This Morning! We went up to This Morning studios to deliver a yummy lemon football cake for Eamonn who is Man U mad! It was very exciting. We made a sugary version of him wearing their kit! Many happy returns Eamonn!!!

Festive Fun at Harvey Nichols!

We had a fantastic evening at Harvey Nichols in Birmingham yesterday. There was a magical festive atmosphere with carol singers, mulled wine, mince pies and many gorgeous products to indulge in over the holiday season and we hope that all the budding cake decorators who came along and tried their hands at piping and embelishing our gingerbread cookies enjoyed themselves as much as we did too! It was fab fun, and really interesting to watch everyone coming up with totally different designs on their cookies! Each customer had the opportunity to choose a snowflake or tree cookie and decorate it with funky colours, glitters and dragees and best of all take their creation home at the end of the evening. A massive thanks to all the customers and also the all the friendly staff at Harvey Nichols for making the evening so enjoyable and succesful. We are really looking forward to the next event.
